Oven operator wanted in Starr County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Starr County, Texas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
