Now hiring: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Kent, England. You will be based at a busy body shop. The role involves buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Pay around £1,850 per month, based on your experience.
