We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Pershing County, Nevada. You will be based in a steel fabrication yard. Day to day you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; read lift plans and method statements before starting; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
