We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Jama'Are, Bauchi State. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
