Great opportunity: argon welding operator (Utah)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Uintah County, Utah. On the job you will handle: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Full-time with occasional weekends.
