Protective coatings painter wanted in Coke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Coke County, Texas. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; sand and fill walls before applying primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Six days a week, one day off.
