Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Overtime paid at a premium rate.
