Grill cook • Dutse, Jigawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Dutse, Jigawa State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
