Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
