What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Day-to-day duties: • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints Six days a week, one day off.
