Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Floyd County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
