Fry cook wanted in Box Butte County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Box Butte County, Nebraska. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
