You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks.
