Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Bekwarra, Cross River State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
