Canteen cook — Chaffee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Chaffee County, Colorado. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
