We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bassa, Plateau State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
