Cook wanted in McCracken County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in McCracken County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 4+ years on the tools preferred.
