Captain waiter — Sabon Gari

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sabon Gari, Kaduna State. The job is at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
