Powder coating operator • Takum, Taraba State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Takum, Taraba State. You will work at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
