Back-of-house cleaner — Bexar County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bexar County, Texas. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
