Meat cutter wanted in Bassa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Bassa, Plateau State. Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
