Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Chandauli District, Uttar Pradesh. Ideally you have physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹190 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
