Line cook wanted in Comanche County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Comanche County, Oklahoma. The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
