Bakery assistant wanted in Pike County

Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
