Kitchen porter wanted in Kurmi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kurmi, Taraba State. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
