Deboner wanted in Jhabua

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should bring clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; 2+ years experience working as a butcher.
