Now hiring: kitchen steward (Imo State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Unuimo, Imo State. The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Meals and transport allowance provided.
