Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Udi, Enugu State. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Six days a week, one day off.
