Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Washington County, Wisconsin. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift.
