We are recruiting: gantry crane operator (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Linn County, Missouri. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Day-to-day duties: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
