Now hiring: cnc lathe setter (New Jersey)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Ocean County, New Jersey. The job is at a busy machine shop. The role involves write and edit G-code programs at the control; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
