Counter butcher • Dhemaji, Assam

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Dhemaji, Assam. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
