Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Teungo, Adamawa State. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
