TIG welder — Ohimini

Vacancy available: we are hiring a TIG welder in Ohimini, Benue State. The job is on a structural steel site. The role involves run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
