Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Accomack County, Virginia. You will work at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 4+ years on the tools preferred.
