Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Sardauna, Taraba State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Pay around ₦265,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
