We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Unuimo, Imo State. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
