What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Part-time with flexible hours.
