Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Walton County, Florida. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
