Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Darjeeling, West Bengal. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should bring knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹22,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
