We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
