Fry cook • Akamkpa, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Akamkpa, Cross River State. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer ₦130,000 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
