Powder coating technician wanted in Gwer West

Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
