Bread baker wanted in Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Union County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer 5+ years on the tools preferred.
