Deboner wanted in Kitsap County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Kitsap County, Washington. The job is at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
