Urgent requirement: pressman (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pressman in Williamson County, Texas. You will work at a textile finishing unit. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
