Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Warren County, Illinois. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
