Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Martin County, Texas. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 1+ years on the tools preferred.
