Brick mason wanted in Kolkata

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. Your main tasks: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Overtime paid at a premium rate.
