Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (Borno State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Mobbar, Borno State. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
